3D Geometries, Mesh Processing, and Interactive Visualizations in Python

May 26, 2023 from 10:15 am to 10:45 am

Speaker: Jan Margeta

Discover how libraries like PyVista, trimesh, meshio, Open3D, and others, seamlessly work together to create beautiful 3D plots and manipulate 3D meshes for your projects. We will create interactive visualizations of medical images, surfaces, and clouds of points, showcasing the capabilities of these libraries in mesh processing and how the 3D viz can be embedded into your apps. Lastly, we’ll explore the process of materializing the digital models into the physical world.
