We all want to deliver software of high quality, but the QA processes we invent often hold us back from iterating quickly. This hampers our ability to create software with the quality we set out to achieve. Having seen some software delivery processes from within, Dirk shares his experiences with designing and implementing a software delivery process that aides both speed and quality, mostly drawing from the Extreme Programming and Continuous Delivery schools.
